Our comprehensive "Big Book of Design", which includes all the details and specs of your renovation project in one organized place, is a favorite of Contractors & Clients. The design phase is a flat project fee.
Sourcing & Procurement
After we've sourced and helped you place orders for all your renovation finishes such as cabinets, tile, counter tops, flooring, carpet, hardware, window coverings, wallpaper and lighting, we will handle all the follow-up, tracking, delivery information, delays, or damage claims if they arise.
Construction Support
We know that construction and renovation projects can get complicated! There are many decisions that may still need to be made by clients after our design phase is complete. So we are available to help you and your contractor make decisions, revisions, and troubleshoot during the construction phase. Our Construction Support is an hourly service geared to provide specific "as needed" support.
E-Design
Don't live in the Los Angeles or Orange County area? No problem! Contact us about our e-design service. Our team has successfully completed long distance projects from Northern California to the East Coast via email, phone, and zoom.
